Kacy Eggebrecht named WIAA D3 Scholar-Athlete
Phillips High School senior Kacy Eggebrecht was presented with the 2024 Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association’s (WIAA) Statewide Scholar Athlete Award at a May 5 ceremony in Stevens Point. CWA conducts live-burn exercise to better prepare for aircraft fires
