New veterans memorial to be built in Perry Hall
PERRY HALL, MD—A new veterans memorial will soon be built in the Perry Hall area. The Honeygo Regional Veterans Memorial will be built in Gough Park to honor the service of local veterans and give recognition to all armed conflicts, including World War I, World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, Operation Desert Storm, the war in Afghanistan, and more.
Honeygo Elementary School honors patriots and defenders
On May 23, Baltimore County Councilman David Marks joined parents and educators in honoring 16 students who participated in the Patriots and Defenders program, which tests pupils on history, citizenship, and geography.
