Pavement sealing project will affect Florence road

Florence drivers be on alert -- the Merrill Ranch Parkway Pavement Preservation project begins on Monday, May 20.

The project will span from Hunt Highway to Felix Road and continue through Thursday, May 23, according to a post on the town’s Facebook page.

During the project, two-way traffic flows will be maintained along Merrill Ranch Parkway via traffic control measures and work is scheduled as follows:

• Monday, May 20 – ssealant will be applied on the north side of the roadway from Sun City Boulevard to Felix Road.
• Tuesday, May 21– Sealant will be applied on the south side of the roadway from Sun City Boulevard to Felix Road.
• Wednesday, May 22 – Sealant will be applied on the north side of the roadway from Hunt Highway to Sun City Boulevard.
• Thursday, May 23 – Sealant will be applied on the south side of the roadway from Hunt Highway to Sun City Boulevard.
