Starting Monday , April 1, the Viney Jones Library & Community Center will be open one extra day and for longer hours.

The library will be launching a three-month pilot program to open Mondays and extend its closing time until 8 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays.

“This initiative reflects the town’s commitment to evaluating new solutions to meet our community’s needs,” a press release stated. “We recognize the importance of listening to our residents, gathering community feedback, and using that information to continually improve our recreational programs and services.”
