Edgerton man indicted on 11 drug-related charges in Williams County court
BRYAN — A Williams County grand jury here has returned 11 charges against an Edgerton man who was found in possession of large amounts of narcotics during a recent investigation by the Multi-Area arcotics Unit. Peter Moses, 47, is charged with five counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, first- and second-degree felonies, including one charge with a major drug offender specification; four counts of possession of drugs, first- and second-degree felonies; trafficking in cocaine, a first-degree felony; and possession of cocaine, a first-degree felony. Several specifications are included in the indictment which include the possibility of the forfeiture of money and an automobile that were seized following the months-long investigation. Authorities seized 26 1/2 ounces of methamphetamine and about two ounces of cocaine during a search of Moses’ residence on May 1.
