A Pioneer Man Was Declared Guilty Of 10 Felony Charges On Monday
BRYAN, Ohio (WOWO) — According to the Crescent-News, Jochua Smallwood, 31, was declared guilty of attempted murder, a first-degree felony; felonious assault, a second-degree felony; domestic violence, a third-degree felony; abduction, a third-degree felony; intimidation, a first-degree misdemeanor; and five counts of violating a protection order, each a fifth-degree felony.

Man injured after car lost tire on I-69 in DeKalb County
DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WFFT) - A man was injured after a tire came off of his car while driving on I-69. The crash happened on November 20 around the 324-mile marker. Police say around 10:02 a.m., Drew A. Short, 25, of Pioneer, Ohio, was headed north when the driver's side tire of his Honda Accord came off.
Dates set for preliminary examination in Dee Warner murder case
ADRIAN — A Tipton man accused of murdering his wife can expect to have evidence against him presented in court in March or April. Dates for a preliminary examination in the murder case against Dale John Warner, 55, were set Tuesday in Lenawee County District Court. Attorneys will first attempt to have the exam on March 12-15. One of Warner’s attorneys, Mary Chartier of Okemos, has a trial scheduled at that time in another county, but District Judge Laura J. Schaedler said Monday that Chartier has agreed to keep the court updated on how that case progresses. If that trial goes on as scheduled, Warner’s exam would then take place April 9-12.

Fulton County Man Arrested By Narcotics Task Force
Wagswoofs – A Fulton County man has been arrested following a drug bust in Archbold, Ohio. Michael M. Hughes, 42, got arrested on Monday when law enforcement agencies, including the Multi-area Narcotics Task Force, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, and the Archbold Police Department, carried out a search warrant in the 100 block of West Lugbill Road in the western Fulton County village.
