Longtime Rehoboth Beach restaurant hits the market after 34 years
A longtime Rehoboth Beach restaurant is looking for its next chapter. Dos Locos , the Mexican restaurant known for serving locals and visitors for decades, is on the market, we've confirmed with workers. Located just three blocks from the beach along Rehoboth Avenue, the restaurant has been a part of the downtown dining scene since its founding in 1992. Restaurant owners weren't available to comment on Oct. 5, and referred questions to the listing agent. The restaurant is listed by Jack Lingo Realtors , and the listing says the restaurant offers a sizable dining operation, with seating for 176 guests, including 37 tables and 16 bar stools. A full bar and dining area currently accommodate patrons seeking Mexican cuisine. The property also includes a full basement used for coolers and storage, providing additional operational space for a future owner. While Dos Locos is currently operating as a Mexican restaurant, the business listing notes that the space could be converted to another style of restaurant, giving a prospective buyer flexibility in determining the establishment's next direction. Location is another major feature of the business. Right on Rehoboth Avenue just a few blocks from the ocean, the restaurant benefits from significant pedestrian
