IA)—Two Ringwood people were injured Monday night in a single vehicle accident west of Hillsdale. Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials said 54 year-old Donald Shearmire was transported to Integris Bass Baptist Health Center Where he admitted in stable condition with neck and head injuries. His passenger 60 year-old Sharon Shearmire was admitted to Integris Bass in stable condition for treatment of neck and trunk injuries. According to the report, Donald Shearmire was southbound on State Highway 132, near Buffalo Road, just after 9:45 Monday night when his 2015 Chevy Camaro left the roadway, went airborne and hit a fence, before rolling one and a half times. Both people were wearing their seatbelts. The accident remains under investigation.

DA)--A former executive director of Northern Oklahoma Development Authority was killed recently in an accident near Drummond. Garfield County Sheriff Cory Rink said 78 year-old Larry Tipps died after a trailer he was working on fell on him. The Garfield County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 call at around 1:50 Thursday afternoon. According to the report, Tipps was under the trailer working when it slipped off the jack and fell, crushing him. The accident happened on private property about 1 mile north and 2 miles east of Drummond.
