Man charged with homicide in fatal boating crash
CLEBURNE COUNTY, Ark. (KAIT) - A judge found probable cause to charge a man with negligent homicide in the boating death of a woman. Jeremy Robert Holmes, 48, of Shirley is being held in the Cleburne County Jail on suspicion of negligent homicide while intoxicated, second-degree battery, boating under the influence of alcohol, and reckless and negligent boat operations.
