Man charged with homicide in Lackawanna County
DICKSON CITY, Pa. — A man is charged with homicide in the death of a woman in Lackawanna County. Police say Anthony Ruffino called 911 back in January, saying his roommate, 68-year-old Mary Harvey, fell at her home along Bowman Street in Dickson City. She died at the hospital. Investigators later ruled her death as a homicide after an autopsy discovered blunt-force trauma to the head.

Sixth arrest made in deadly Scranton shooting investigation
SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA CO. (WOLF) — The mother of a deadly Scranton shooting suspect has been arrested, police announced. The Scranton Police Department announced more charges in the investigation of the fatal shooting of Robert Dawson, who was shot at the intersection of Providence Rd. and Ravine St. on April 9. He was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
