MOORE, Okla. — A Moore Public Schools bond project will see a big delay after high winds pushed through the area. High winds from a Monday night storm were so strong, that steel beams at a new indoor athletic center were bent at awkward angles, making it possible that the district will have to restart the project. The hope was to have the center built by next school year.
