Binghamton Man Charged After Nichols Traffic Stop
A Binghamton man, who is a three-time convicted felon, is facing charges in Tioga County after a traffic stop in the Town of Nichols. According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Dustin T. Yannuzzi was stopped on State Route 17 on March 21st. An investigation determined he possessed a quantity of methamphetamine and was impaired by drugs. Yannuzzi did have a previous Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs conviction in the last 10 years.
