Pets of the WEEK

• Groot (left) and Atticus (below left) are both 1 year old. They were adopted from EARS when they were kittens. They were returned because their family moved and could not take the cats to their new home. Both are friendly, neutered males that love to play.

EARS is open from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday Saturday at 500 N. Indiana Ave., Englewood. See www.earsanimalrescue.com or call 941-681- 3877 for the shelter, or 941-460-6757 for the thrift store. All donations go to help the EARS animals. Volunteers and donations are always needed.
