ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - The murder trial for a Lima man accused of killing a 14-year-old girl has been pushed back until the fall. 18-year-old Malik Dennis signed a time waiver on Tuesday in Allen County Common Pleas Court, pushing his trial back to September 9, 2024. He has been charged with murder, felonious assault, firing a firearm into a house, and tampering with evidence.
