Two arrested in attempted robbery of postal worker in Kershaw County
KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. — Authorities have made two arrests in what they're describing as the attempted robbery of a mail carrier in Kershaw County. The Kershaw County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to Cleveland School Road near Camden on Tuesday regarding the attempted robbery of a U.S. Postal Service Letter Carrier. The victim told investigators that while he was delivering mail, a red vehicle stopped in front of him, and a male brandishing a firearm approached and demanded items from him.
