A Luzerne County man faces a federal indictment accusing him of threatening President Joe Biden, as well as the mayors of Kingston and Wilkes-Barre. Wilkes-Barre man gets prison for dealing meth
A Wilkes-Barre man has been sentenced to serve up to 10 years in federal prison for dealing methamphetamine, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Emile Occean, 38, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Malachy Mannion for distributing meth in Luzerne County between March 31, 2022, and April 12, 2022.
