EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. -- Beginning this winter, the city of Eden Prairie will mark, and later remove, trees on private and public property that are infected with Emerald Ash Borer.Orange marks will be made on infected trees. Private property owners will be notified by mail should the city mark and plan to remove their trees. St. Paul Man Receives Sentence for Knife-Point Robbery
Travis Arnold Campbell, a 42-year-old resident of St. Paul, was sentenced in Ramsey County Court for an armed robbery that took place in August. Campbell received a 28-month prison sentence, which was stayed for three years. Instead, he will serve 270 days in the Ramsey County Correctional Facility, with credit for 118 days already served.
