Woman Charged for Allegedly Using Victim’s Stolen Credit Card for Unauthorized Purchases
MONROE TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A Crawford County woman is facing charges regarding the theft of a victim’s credit card in Monroe Township, Clarion County. According to court documents, Clarion-based State Police filed charges against 35-year-old Jessica Marie Hess, of Meadville, in District Judge Jeffrey C. Miller’s office on March 20, 2024.
