Three Individuals Accused of Stealing Multiple Firearms, Car Parts from Cooperstown Residence
COOPERSTOWN BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — Three individuals are facing charges for allegedly stealing multiple firearms and car parts from a Cooperstown Borough residence. Court documents indicate Franklin-based State Police filed criminal charges against 22-year-old Edward Allen Frey III, of Pittsburgh, 26-year-old Seth Desira Askey, of Conneautville, and 22-year-old Dakota Ryan Knice Scull, of Springboro, in District Judge Andrew Fish’s office on May 3.
Motorcyclist Airlifted With Serious Injuries Following Crash on Route 8

Bosley Found Guilty on All Counts in Nellis Murder
FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – David Allen Bosley has been found guilty on all counts after a brief trial in the Venango County Court of Common Pleas. Bosley was convicted of one count of first-degree murder, one count of second-degree murder, rape, two counts of kidnapping, aggravated indecent assault, and abuse of a corpse in the March 2023 attack on Marcy Suzette Nellis on the bike path behind the Penelec building on West 1st Street in Oil City.

Man wanted in Venango County shooting arrested in Virginia
Pennsylvania State Police say a man wanted for a shooting in Venango County has been arrested. PSP says several law enforcement agencies, including the United States Marshal Service, were looking for Anthony Martinez Young, 31. After a lead developed by the marshals, Virginia State Police arrested Young in Vinton, Virginia, on Monday afternoon. He was taken to Roanoke City Jail and is awaiting extradition back to Pennsylvania. PSP started searching for Young after a witness claimed to have seen him get out of a car in Oil Creek Township, fire three shots and flee in a gold 2007 Ford Fusion toward Route 227.
