DEEP official under investigation
(WFSB) - The Channel 3 I-Team has confirmed a top official at the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection is under criminal investigation. Old Saybrook Police would not give us specifics yet, but did confirm that Richard Swan, Assistant Division Director for the Emergency Response and Spill Prevention Division of DEEP is currently being investigated for a criminal matter.
