St. J man arrested after reportedly tasing police officer
A St. Johnsbury man is due in court Monday after allegedly fighting two police officers and tasing one of them. The St. Johnsbury Police say an officer spotted John Stelzl, 35, shortly after 5:00 p.m. Friday on Bay Street. Investigators add that there had been recent reports of drug activity nearby and that Stelzl has a record of drug crimes.
