$2 million Powerball ticket sold in north Idaho
BOISE, Idaho – A $2 million winning Powerball ticket was sold in Bonner County. According to the Idaho Lottery, the draw took place at a retail store. “The winning Powerball numbers for the draw were 7, 23, 24, 56, and 60. The Powerball number was 25. The winning ticket matched all five of the first numbers, but not the Powerball,” Idaho Lottery said.
Dirty drinks: Slew of Swig soda shops to open in Ada County, first one next week
Utah’s famous soda giant is coming to Ada County, times four. Swig has announced it will open its third Idaho location in Garden City on May 17. The soda shop is known for its pink sugar cookies and “dirty” sodas, which are sodas with creamer and flavored syrup added to them. According to the company’s website, the soda shop is giving out free 24 oz. drink coupons on opening day to those who sign up.
