Montana Great Falls Plans Advancing with Developer Mitchell
GREAT FALLS, Mont. – Mitchell Development and Investments is bullish on what it calls Great Falls 2.0. The Montana developer says it is inching more closely to cementing approvals for what will be a 20-year, master-planned development on the east side of Great Falls that hopes to begin with the construction of a hotel late next year. The development would add 100 acres to the city that is also proposed to include residential – more than 1,000 homes – and more than 600,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and offices.
