The development would add 100 acres to the city that is also proposed to include residential – more than 1,000 homes – and more than 600,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and offices.</p><p>Mitchell’s experience in building large, long-term developments can be seen in its 72-acre Bozeman (Mont.)
