Buffalo Wild Wings is coming back to the Rochester market, but in a new format at a well-known location. The Brighton Town Planning Board unanimously approved a conditional use permit for a Buffalo Wild Wings Go at Twelve Corners Plaza during its Feb. 18 meeting.
