Two Henrico students were among 14 from Virginia who named winners in the 69th annual National Merit Scholarship Program. Qingyuan Hu and Sandor OP. Preda, both students at Maggie L. During a Board of Supervisors meeting on Wednesday, April 10, the board was getting ready to go over the proclamations for the Girl Scouts when F. Michael Herzberg, IV, who represents the county's Cold Harbor District, motioned to pull the one for the creator of the "Banned Book Nook." All board members voted to approve the motion.
