A door-to-door solicitor without a permit was arrested in Camp Hill Friday after he harassed the driver of a passing vehicle, according to police. Tehran Brown, 44, of Washington D.C., was charged by the Camp Hill Police with misdemeanor simple assault, and two summary offenses: harassment and disorderly conduct after the incident about 7 p.m. May 24 in the 2300 block of Logan Street.
