A man who died two days after being hit by a vehicle while riding an e-bike in Hayward last week has been identified as a 22-year-old exchange student from India. Antioch Police Investigate Suspicious Death After Man's Body Found on City Sidewalk
Antioch Police announced the discovery of a man found dead on the sidewalk earlier this week in what the police report identified as a "Suspicious Death." The unidentified male was found in the 2200 block of Country Hills Drive just past 7 AM after authorities were called to the location for what was thought to be a medical emergency. But it was too late for responders as the man was pronounced dead at the scene, and cops are now scratching their heads over what killed him.
