FONDA, Iowa (KTIV/KCRG) - An Iowa nurse is facing a criminal charge after a care facility resident under her care died. Court documents show 69-year-old Becky Manning of Lake View, Iowa is charged with wanton neglect of a resident of a health care facility. She was a licensed practice nurse with Grape Tree Medical Staffing contracted to provide nursing services at a care facility in Fonda, Iowa.
