Eight adults are homeless after a rapidly-moving blaze tore through a building in East Allen Township, a fire official said. Township Fire Chief Josh Smith told lehighvalleylive.com flames just before 4:30 a.m. Sunday ignited at the building, occupying five apartments, near the Phillips Pet Supply Outlet.
