5 people are dead, including 4 from Ohio after a driver who was high on cocaine, crashed into a tractor-trailer.

A crash happened in Wharton Township in Fayette County near the Maryland and Pennsylvania line.

Fayette County coroner Dr. Bob Baker said the driver Harold Nibert, 55, tested positive for cocaine at the time of the crash.

Police say Nibert was driving a Honda Accord on Meadow Run Drive — by the entrance to Nemacolin Woodland’s Resort. Officials say he crossed a double-yellow line near a curve in the road — striking a commercial tractor-trailer head-on.

Dead at scene were Nibert, along with 3 other people in the Accord: Krystal May, 36-years-old, Amanda Dawson, 33-years-old, and Amanda’s son, Kullen Dawson, 7-months-old. All 4 of those in the Accord were from Delaware, Ohio.

Bradley Thivener, 47-years-old was the driver of the tractor trailer.
