Attorneys for Delphi murders suspect Richard Allen launch new push for him to be moved to different facility
DELPHI, Ind. — The attorneys for Delphi murders suspect Richard Allen have launched a new push to have him moved from a state prison to a county jail. In new filings, Allen's attorneys are asking special judge Frances Gull to move Allen to either a Cass County or Tippecanoe County jail while he waits for his trial, which was recently moved from May to October.

Teenager shot in Romney Meadows Apartment complex; wounds were not serious
LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Friday ended poorly for an 18-year-old Lafayette man who was shot in Romney Meadows Apartment complex about 11:55 p.m., according to Lafayette police.
