On Saturday night, Lehman reportedly followed the victim and her friend for a short time, then approached the victim and began touching her inappropriately. Police said he also allegedly made inappropriate comments and put money down the victim’s shirt.

When other patrons caught wind of what was happening, police said they got between Lehman and the victim.

Officers working detail at the carnival were alerted to the incident just after 10 p.m. and took Lehman into custody.
