Kyrie Irving's Six-Word Response to Playoff Loss is Turning Heads

On Tuesday night, Kyrie Irving and the Dallas Mavericks fell to the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 1 of their second-round playoff series.

Despite a team-high 20 points from Irving, the Mavs were unable to get the job done on the road — suffering a 117-95 defeat in OKC.

Irving is already looking ahead to Game 2. After the loss, the All-Star point guard took to social media with a six-word message.

"Tribe, stay together no matter what," Irving wrote.

"We will be back," one fan responded.

"Bounce back game 2 confirmed," another said.

"If bro not worried I'm not worried," another added.

Fortunately for the Mavericks, they've been in this situation before. Dallas dropped Game 1 in their first-round series against the Los Angeles Clippers, but bounced back to win the next two games.

Irving and the Mavs will look to mount a similar bounce back when they take the court for Game 2 on Thursday night.
