Day 5 of Catch 22: Yavapai Silent Witness Seeks Information on Fugitive Joshua Fernandez
It’s day 5 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Joshua Fernandez. In March of 2022 Officers with the Chino valley Police Department arrested Fernandez for a valid warrant and theft that occurred in Prescott. When officers arrived at Fernandez residence and discovered he was attempting to hide from them in one of the bedrooms. As they attempted to place him into custody Fernandez began resisting the arrest and one of the officers sustained minor injuries. He was charged with aggravated assault against the law enforcement officers and resisting arrest.

Arizona gets upgraded credit outlook from SP
(The Center Square) – Arizona now has a positive credit outlook, which means the state continues to be on good economic footing. Retail chain Big Lots to close 13 locations across Arizona
PHOENIX – Big Lots will be closing over a dozen of its Arizona stores, a product of the company’s plans to shut down multiple locations across the country. Thirteen locations across the Grand Canyon State are planned to close sometime this year. Closing stores will have banners on their personal webpages indicating their closure and promoting a 20% off discount with limited exceptions.

For the past week, rainfall totals from the Maricopa County Flood Control District paint a picture of haves and have-nots. Around the Phoenix Metro area, seven-day rainfall totals (as of Friday morning) show amounts generally between 0.10″ and 0.25″ of rainfall.
US to award Amkor up to $400 million for chip packaging plant
