Big bowls of sunshine & glowing temperatures today into Thursday
Back to back days of mostly sunny skies & glowing high temperatures. Tuesday's highs reach the 60°s, then climb into the 70°s Wednesday & Thursday! The west interior will hit those peak numbers. Humidity levels will drop into the teens & 20s across the interior, creating limited fire weather concerns. Light winds & moist soil from recent snowmelt should keep that risk low. However, rapid melting continues to impact river levels until further notice. Rain & a few thunderstorms arrive Thursday night into Friday as a cold front moves through the region. Cooler, more typical April temperatures in the 50°s return by Saturday. COPYRIGHT 2026 BY MY UP NOW – WBUP/WJMN. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
