Pawleys Island M.D. in $1.9M health care kickback scheme settlement
WASHINGTON, D.C. (WPDE) — Multiple health care providers, including a Pawleys Island M.D., agreed with the Department of Justice (DOJ) to pay $1,913,808 for alleged False Claims Act violations. Gerald Congdon, M.D., of Pawleys Island, is one of the entities settling with the DOJ for allegedly receiving kickback funds.
