Man shot to death in downtown Portland Sunday night; 19th homicide in the city this year
A man died after being shot in downtown Portland on Sunday night. Officers responding to a call shortly before midnight arrived in the 800 block of Southwest 10th Avenue, where they found a man “suffering from a gunshot wound,” the Portland Police Bureau said in a statement.
