Teen charged with woman’s death in April vehicle crash
A Rocky Mount teen is charged with misdemeanor death by vehicle and reckless driving to endanger in connection with a recent two-vehicle wreck on the east side of the city that claimed the life of a woman, according to N.C. District Court records in Edgecombe County.
