According to a recent Dayton Business Journal article, a new Chipotle is coming to The Shoppes at Kyles Station. As detailed in the article, the eatery will feature a “Chipotlane” which offers customers the option of ordering via the restaurant’s mobile app or website and pick up their order in the drive-thru. Currently, the Chipotle at The Shoppes at Kyles Station is slated to open before the end of the year.

Per information in the article, The Shoppes at Kyles Station is a 51 acre mixed use development located at the intersection of state Route 4 and Kyles Station Road in Liberty Township. What Now Columbus reached out to the company to learn more about the forthcoming location and Annie Gradinger, an external communications representative with Chipotle, shared that the chain is looking forward to opening the Liberty Township location.

“We are always looking for communities where we can serve responsibly sourced, classically-cooked, real food and establish new local partnerships, and the Liberty Township area is a great fit,” Gradinger said. “The new location will provide more options for the community with the additional access point of the brand’s signature Chipotlane, allowing guests to experience Chipotle in the way that is most convenient for them.”

The fast casual chain got its start in 1993 in Denver and has grown to over 3,000 locations throughout the U.S., with over two hundred located in Ohio, according to a recent news article on the matter. The build your own menu model offers options like salads, tacos, burritos and bowls, all offered with proteins such as chicken, steak and pork, or a plant-based protein.
