Former Texas F Dillon Mitchell commits to Cincinnati
Former Texas forward Dillon Mitchell has transferred to Cincinnati, according to reports. Mitchell posted a picture of himself in a Bearcats uniform on his Instagram page. Mitchell, a former five-star recruit, was a McDonald's All-American in high school. The 6-foot-8 Mitchell reportedly also considered Auburn and Miami. Last season, Mitchell averaged 9.6 points and 7.4 rebounds in 34 appearances (33 starts). In two seasons with the Longhorns, he had averages of 6.8 points and 5.6 rebounds in 72 games (71 starts). When Texas produced a 74-73 road win at Cincinnati last season, Mitchell had 10 points and four rebounds in 37 minutes. --Field Level Media
OL Samuel Cray-Paich commits to Cincinnati
Offensive line coach Nic Cardwell has added to his 2025 recruiting class with the addition of Samuel Cray Paich from Glenbrook High School in Illinois. He holds offers from Army, Navy, Western Kentucky, Western Michigan and Miami (OH). Cray Paich is the first offensive line commit in the 2025 class, and he primairly plays offensive tackle. At 6'5". 295-pounds he is already in a good position size wise to fit the mold as a reliable tackle. Cray Paich gets to the second level extrenely quickly and often overpowers defenders.

Cincinnati cyclists gear up for Bike to Work Day
This Friday is National Bike to Work Day. In the Cincinnati area, cyclists can take advantage of a few free offerings on their way to work. In the morning, Tri-State Trails will hold its 15th annual Breakfast on the Bridge. The local Bike Month tradition invites cyclists of all experience levels to the Purple People Bridge to mingle with other commuters and enjoy some free coffee and breakfast items. The event organized by Tri-State Trails will also include several vendors.
