A victim was found with a gunshot wound to his leg in the 3500 block of Reading Road around 3:15 a.m. Friday. FLORENCE, Ky. (WKRC) - A Burlington man was allegedly caught recording video in a St. Elizabeth bathroom and arrested. A woman was giving a urine sample at St. Elizabeth Primary Care in Florence on May 14. She told police she heard something fall to the floor and noticed it was a phone recording video.
