A Saturday fire that left a home uninhabitable is under investigation, according to a news release from the Bettendorf Fire Department. Davenport man sentenced to 10 years in prison for firearms charge
Davenport, IA- A Davenport man was sentenced Thursday, February 29th to 10 years in federal prison for possessing a firearm as a felon. Six Shuttered Convenience Stores in Iowa Reopen Under New Ownership
Several convenience stores in Davenport, Iowa, that closed last year because of a bankruptcy and leasing issues reopened in February under new ownership. InCommercial Property Group has reopened two convenience stores without fuel in Davenport, Iowa, under the name The Goods Spot. It has also reopened four additional c-stores that offer fuel, with Sinclair Oil operating the fuel pumps, under the name The Gas Spot. There are 10 total locations in the Davenport area owned by ICC Motor Fuel I LLC that will be undergoing rebranding and remodeling, with the remaining slated to open later this year.
