DES MOINES, Iowa (TCD) -- A 40-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly kidnapped his ex-girlfriend, bound her with tape, tortured her, then left her outside a hospital. On Saturday, Dec. 2, at 9 p.m., the Osceola Police Department contacted Des Moines Police to report a situation at Clark County Hospital regarding a female who said she had been kidnapped. She told police her ex-boyfriend, Jordan Mangum, went to her home at approximately 2:30 a.m., tied her up with duct tape, and took her against her will.
