Rome's Capitol Theatre goes to the cats for one purr-fect day
Has the one-two punch of Halloween and Election Day left you feeling shaky or even scared? Well, the Rome Capitol Theatre is offering an antidote this weekend, one likely to prove purr-fectly cat-hartic. It’s dedicating Saturday afternoon, Nov. 7 to cats. The event starts at 2:30 p.m. with a compilation of submitted local cat videos. And actual felines, available for adoption through Purrs and Whiskers, will be on hand for the event, turning the venue into the Cat-itol Theatre for the afternoon.
