CHIPPEWA FALLS — A rural Chippewa Falls woman has been sentenced to serve three years in prison for selling a variety of drugs out of her home.

Trish M. Lloyd, 44, 12462 102nd Ave., pleaded guilty in November in Chippewa County Court to two counts of the manufacture and delivery of amphetamines. Other charges including maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of prescription drugs and marijuana with the intent to deliver, and possessing drug paraphernalia, were read-in and dismissed.

On Monday, Judge James Isaacson ordered the prison sentence, along with two years of extended supervision. Lloyd, who had been free on a $250 cash bond, was taken into custody at the conclusion of the hearing.

While on extended supervision, Lloyd cannot use, possess or sell illegal drugs, and she must complete a mental health assessment. She also must submit a DNA sample.

According to the criminal complaint, an officer used a confidential informant to make a controlled purchase of drugs from Lloyd on June 5, 2023. The informant purchased meth and pills from Lloyd at her residence in the town of Tilden, northwest of Chippewa Falls.

A second controlled purchase was conducted on June 21, where more meth was bought.

Officers from the Chippewa County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant of the residence on June 26. Officers obtained 56 grams of meth, a baggie with 77 blue Vyvanse pills, which is a Schedule II controlled substance, 206 grams of marijuana, and fentanyl test kits. Officers later found a psilocybin mushroom chocolate bar, 124 Trazodone pills and two drug ledgers. Trazodone isn’t a controlled substance, but it does require a prescription.

Police interviewed Lloyd, who admitted she sold meth and the other drugs.
