WNBA Star's Simple Response To Caleb Williams' Appearance At Angel Reese Game

On Tuesday night, Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky hosted Sabrina Ionescu, Breanna Stewart, and the New York Liberty for their WNBA preseason finale.

The Sky dominated the game, winning by 48 points with a final score of 101-53.

Reese had another solid performance, scoring 13 points on 60% shooting to go along with five rebounds and an assist.

Three of the newest members of the Chicago Bears showed up to support Reese and the Sky. Those included quarterback Caleb Williams, the first overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft, wide receiver Rome Odunze, and wide receiver Keenan Allen.

Following the game, Dana Evans, Angel Reese's teammate, gave a simple response to the NFL stars making an appearance at their game.

"Imma just say it's about time," Evans said, "because I feel like it's time. Everybody wants to watch women's basketball. I feel like we've been doing a really good job of just doing stuff on the court and off the court. Having them supporting us is great."
