    Suspects in Charleston shooting indicted

    CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) — Two men allegedly involved in a shooting that critically wounded a man in Charleston in January have been indicted.

    27-year-old Harry Nguyen and 43-year-old Kevin Reeves Jr. were arrested in connection to a shooting that took place on 1200 block of Stuart Street on Jan. 27, which sent the victim to the hospital in critical condition.

    According to Charleston Police, Nguyen reportedly went to the victim’s home, knocked on the front door, then shot the victim several times through the door when he tried to answer. He then fled to a nearby house on foot.

    Nguyen was indicted on the charges of Attempted Murder, Malicious Wounding and Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm. Reeves was indicted on the charge of Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm.

    Both men were sent to South Central Regional Jail, Nguyen on a $500,000 cash bail and Reeves on a $250,000 cash bail.
