Providence firefighters quickly extinguish Congdon Street blaze
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — Providence firefighters responded to Congdon Street Saturday for a reported structure fire. Battalion Chief Douglas Degnan said the fire started on the exterior of the house. The fire was put down in about ten minutes. The interior and exterior of the home sustained minor damage.
