Teenage boy and girl shot on porch of Stowe Township home
STOWE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (KDKA) -- Two teenagers were critically injured when they were shot on the porch of a home in Stowe Township late Monday night.Allegheny County Police say the shooting happened along 7th Street just before midnight.When first responders arrived at the scene, they found a teenage boy and teenage girl who both had been shot.Both teens were taken to the hospital in critical condition.Detectives from the Allegheny County Police Homicide Unit are leading the investigation into the shooting and say that it appears both teens were on the porch of where the boy lived.Police did not provide any suspect descriptions and anyone with information is asked to call the County Police Tip Line at 1-833-ALL-TIPS.

Doylestown Man Charged with Assault, Strangulation After Allegedly Demanding Payment from Victim
DOYLESTOWN, PA—A 22-year old Doylestown man has been charged with aggravated assault after police said he hit a man and put him in a chokehold while demanding payment for an unknown reason. Central Bucks Regional police said that Ben Rowan Mullikin got into a dispute with the victim that ended with him demanding payment. When the victim said he wouldn’t pay and tried to walk away, police said that Mullikin punched and wrestled the victim to the ground before placing him in a headlock.CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR THE FREE TAPINTO.NET NEWSLETTER Police said the victim was able to escape the headlock so he could breathe. That’s when the victim agreed to pay Mullikin to stop the assault. Police said that the victim knows Mullikin and the incident was not random. Mullikin was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, strangulation, simple assault and harassment. After bail was set at 10% of $75,000, Mullikin was taken to Bucks County Prison.
